Reflective Sunday Workshops

With multiple responsibilities, tasks, jobs, and the political climate weighing us down it can seem almost impossible to think about self-love and self-care. Sometimes we hear guru's in self-care talk about taking time out for oneself by getting pampered, going for a walk, or putting headphones on and listening to soft music. But, what if I said that''s self-care but it's not self-love? ....

Self-love is putting oneself before others when piling things on our plate. The moments where we find it difficult to say "no" when we know we just don't have the time or energy to do something for someone else and be fully present.

When was the last time you said "no?"

Have you ever heard the saying that you can't pour from an empty glass?

Both of these are important in self-love. The art of loving ones self evokes self-awareness and acceptance.

In my upcoming workshop, we'll chat about self-love, self-care, acceptance and confidence. Our confidence is based on how we view ourselves.

Confidence leads to goal setting & goal attainment.

Goal attainment is symbolically related to our success.
